Thank you. That was my favorite quote as well and so true. It's easier to learn knowing you can get something out of being there. But, if it's a place where you know more than the owners, you either suck it up or quit.

Great interview Jennifer. Solid advice from a guy who has done it (though, as he points out, not alone). I was surprised by how “young” he is in the industry. That is a testament to his dedication and hard work.
