Where did the blog name come from?
A demitasse is a 3oz. porcelain cup, that a traditional shot of espresso is served in and literately means “half-cup” in French. “Daily Demitasse” is your espresso shot of Specialty coffee industry information. It is also a metaphor for life- “stop and taste the coffee, one sip at a time”.
My mission is to create a place for coffee enthusiasts to come and learn so coffee and espresso aren’t intimidating.
