What’s a demitasse?

A demitasse is a 3 oz. porcelain cup a traditional shot of espresso is served in. ‘Demitasse’  literally means “half-cup” in French. “Daily Demitasse” is your espresso shot of Specialty coffee industry information. It is also a metaphor for life, “stop and taste the coffee, one sip at a time”.
