We are looking for monthly featured Barista’s to interview. Do you want to nominate yourself or another barista? One barista will shine each month,  along with free advertising for the company they work for as site link backs.

Barista Qualifications for Interviews:

1) Must have a passion for what they do and what it stands for.

2) Must be a Barista, any level of experience- whether the main barista on duty, a trainer, or even the cafe’ owner. As long as they are making drinks for someone on a daily basis somehow.

3) Always improving their technique

4) Active within the coffee community

5) Great customer service

6) Educate customers

7) Doing what they can for the greater good of the coffee industry
