Where are you located?

I am based in Morrisville, NC.

How will we work together?

Everything can be taken care of over the phone or by e-mail. I usually meet with local clients in person. We can also use Skype, your choice. I try to make working together as personable as possible because I believe in building community and relationships with businesses and the people within them.

Do you write articles for other coffee blogs?

I only write blog articles for cafe’s and roasters that I trust and proudly endorse. Sometimes, I write some guest posts for blogs as an article exchange or promotion.

How much do you charge?

Every project is unique. After we discuss your needs and business goals, then I can give you an estimate. Refer to my pricing page. This will give you a better idea of price ranges for each type of project.

What’s included in your Consulting Services?

As much as you adore your site, sometimes having someone, like me, to review your site with fresh eyes will greatly improve your site.  I will offer my unbiased review of your website and/or Company Blog to find how to improve it and make your sites work to your benefit – building an email list, site layout, navigation usability, etc.

I’ll offer notes from my review and recommendations for the next steps to take your site and company to the next level. Then proceed from there.

Do you do any design work?

I can offer suggestions for layout, but when it comes down to web design or graphic design, I leave that to Chase Mann, my  My Coffee Pro partner or to your prefered designer. I’m a pure writer. You can work with my designer or I can work with one that you know. Up to you.
